How We Work


If you feel that your employment rights have been breached or your workplace conditions need improvement there are three steps to take:

Discuss the Issue
Formulate a Plan
Put the Plan into Action

We are only a phone call away.  You can give us a call and explain what is troubling you.  We can also set up a consultation meeting at our office. The initial consultation is free of charge. 

Once we have had a discussion and determined what the issue is, we can decide on how you would like the issue resolved. This step involves a discussion around costs.

At this stage, you can relax and let us do the work.  Our aim is always to get the best possible outcome for the employee.
