Costs

The Worker's Advocate bills clients for administrative services such as phone calls, emails, research, and follow-up meetings at the standard hourly rate.


​​Representation at the Employment Relations Authority is complex and time consuming.  Costs are worked out based on merit and means.  
 

​Sometimes employees are placed in poor financial situations by their employers and they are unable to afford advocacy services.  If you are in this kind of situation, please contact us so that we can work out a solution.

Our aim is to make advocacy services affordable and, whenever possible,  

to collect costs from the employer.
